WARD ZERO

You were never discharged.

It is 03:17 at St. Jerome Hospital. The ward is empty. The footsteps are not yours.

Restore three circuits and reach the lift before lockdown. Somewhere between the beds and the observation rooms, a presence is searching for you. Look at it and it stops moving. Keep looking, and your composure begins to break.

Break line of sight. Find a wardrobe. Walk quietly. If it watches you hide, you may already be too late.

DEATH DOES NOT ERASE EVERYTHING

Every awakening rearranges doorways and objective locations. Recovered medical records remain with you, revealing what happened in the ward and unlocking new ways to survive. The hospital keeps a record of your previous attempts and habits. Even when the lift opens, the cycle continues.

The survival cycles can be replayed indefinitely. The story consists of twelve collectible records, rather than endlessly generated narrative content.

Contains sustained psychological tension, unsettling imagery, stalking and implied medical experimentation. VHS interference can be disabled in Settings.
